Additional Information
When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. If you select a bi-weekly payment plan, you will be added to our automatic bi-weekly payment plan option. If you choose the bi-weekly payment plan, you will receive bi-weekly emails when your payment is due. Payments made via KLARNA will be paid out to BOSSI Retreats in full upon booking and your payment agreement will be managed directly by Klarna. Payments not made on the due date will incur a $100 late fee that will be billed to your account. Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days prior to travel.

Travel Insurance
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you invested for your retreat is even worse. Trip insurance is therefore highly recommended. You can purchase travel insurance on your own. Recommended options are below; however we urge you to complete your due diligence to ensure your investment is protected. We now offer travel insurance through our booking platform for an additional fee. This fee goes directly to Easol and not to BOSSI Retreats. The option will be presented at check-out. Suggested Arrival Schedule
The recommended arrival date is Thursday, November 12th by 6pm which is when the Retreat begins. The resort is just 2½ hours from Atlanta, approximately 30 minutes from Chattanooga, 2 hours from Birmingham, and about 2½ hours from Nashville. BOSSI Retreats will offer roundtrip transportation from Atlanta via Sprinter Van. Space will be limited to 10-12 people. If interested in this option, please select Transportation under "Add-Ons" at checkout. Valet parking is required at the Resort and cost $43/night if you plan to drive your own car. The Sprinter Van will plan to depart from Atlanta around 1PM EST in order to arrive in-time for Check-in at 4PM EST. Attendees will be responsible for coordinating their own transportation if arriving outside of the recommended arrival timeframes. Flight schedules must be provided to BOSSI Retreats no later than 30 days' prior to travel dates. Please provide full legal name, flight number (s) and airline information. It is the attendee's responsibility to notify BOSSI Retreats of all flight schedule and/or email address changes immediately by sending notification to support@bossiretreats.com.

When will I receive the Itinerary?
The final Itinerary will never be posted online for public viewing. Once you are booked, we will share the Itinerary. We do reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary for any reason deemed necessary for planning purposes.
Do you offer roommate pairing?
Yes! We’ll match you with another solo traveler with similar interests and preferences so you can enjoy the Retreat together. During checkout, select "ROOMMATE", we will send you a pairing form to complete and we will handle the rest. Two weeks before departure, you will receive your roommate's information to connect and start a new friendship.
What is automatic bi-weekly payments?
Automatic bi-weekly payments are a convenient service offered to provide ease when paying the remaining balance of your reservation. Payments are equally divided and automatically charged to the credit card on the reservation. No worries! No stress! Just prepare for RESET! Your trip will be split into bi-weekly automatic payments that are based on when you book. An email reminder will be sent prior to the payment due date. Final payment is due 30 days prior to the trip.
What if my credit card is declined during an automatic payment?
In the event a customer's credit card fails to be charged, you will receive an automatic email notification and the system will attempt to charge the card two more times. The attempts to charge the card on file will be made in one-week intervals.
If all the attempts to charge the card fail, the customer will need to update their credit card details and pay for the remaining balance by logging into their account at bossiretreats.com/bookings.
If the customer fails to do so, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be due.
If your payment is not made by the due date a $100 late fee per person will be added to your account balance.
Can I request a refund?
All payments to Net Worth Investments, LLC d/b/a BOSSI Wellness Retreats, LLC and d/b/a BOSSI Retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Net Worth Investments, LLC, d/b/a BOSSI Wellness Retreats, LLC and d/b/a BOSSI Retreats, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This is the only way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make payments on your Wellness Retreat Experience.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. BOSSI Retreats recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Emergencies, and more. Please see the Additional Tips section for the providers that we recommend. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance based on their individual needs.
Can I make a payment after my final payment due date?
A late payment fee of $100 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account. Please email support@bossiretreats.com if you experience an issue with making a payment to avoid trip cancellation.
Who do I contact if I have any additional questions?

When should I arrive?
Attendees should arrive at the resort on Thursday, November 12th before 6PM EST. Check in is at 4PM.
Roundtrip transportation will be provided from Atlanta, Georgia, and will depart somewhere around 1PM. Please see 'ADD-ONs' if you would like to take advantage on this option. More details will be provided soon.
Otherwise, each attendee is responsible for getting to the destination and paying the Valet Parking fee of $43 per night for personal vehicles.
What is the Booking Fee?
The Booking Fee is a credit card processing fee charged by Easol to process your payment via credit card and cover the maintenance of the payment plan. BOSSI Retreats does not keep this fee.
Can I purchase my Add-Ons Later?
Yes, you can purchase your add-ons immediately with your initial registration or log back into your account later to make a selection and set up payment. Please note that final payment for all Add-Ons will be due 45 days prior to the trip. We do offer payment plans for Add-Ons; however it is best to select your choices when making your original reservation so that you will only have one monthly payment.
How to apply for the BALI Travel Visa?
Entry Requirements: To enter Indonesia, your passport must have at least two blank pages and be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Indonesia. If your passport does not meet these requirements, you will be denied entry into Indonesia. The Government of Indonesia will not admit travelers holding the 12-page U.S. emergency passport, issued by U.S. embassies and consulates overseas.
Visa-on-Arrival: If you meet the requirements, you can apply for a visa on arrival at some international airports, seaports, or land crossings. To apply for the visa on arrival, you must have an ordinary (non-emergency) passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date you plan to enter and the date you plan to leave Indonesia and a return or onward flight booking to another country. There is a 500,000 Indonesian Rupiah fee (about $35). The visa on arrival is valid for up to 30 days. You may extend a Visa-on-Arrival once at the immigration office one week before it expires for an additional 30 days for a maximum of 30 additional days, for another 500,000 Rupiah.
