The BALI final Itinerary will never be posted online for public viewing.  Once you are booked, we will share the Itinerary.  We do reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary for any reason deemed necessary for planning purposes.

Yes! We’ll match you with another solo traveler with similar interests and preferences so you can enjoy BALI together. During checkout, select "ROOMMATE", we will send you a pairing form to complete and we will handle the rest. Three weeks before departure, you will receive your roommate's information to connect and start a new friendship.  

Automatic monthly payments is a convenient service offered to provide ease when paying the remaining balance of your reservation. Payments are equally divided and automatically charged to the credit card on the reservation. No worries! No stress! Just prepare for BALI! Your trip will be split into monthly automatic payments that are based on when you book. An email reminder will be sent prior to the payment due date. Final payment is due 45 days prior to the trip.

In the event a customer's credit card fails to be charged, you will receive an automatic email notification and the system will attempt to charge the card two more times. The attempts to charge the card on file will be made in one-week intervals.   

If all the attempts to charge the card fail, the customer will need to update their credit card details and pay for the remaining balance by logging into their account at bossiretreats.com/bookings. 

If the customer fails to do so, the reservation will be canceled and no refund will be due. 

If your payment is not made by the due date a $100 late fee per person will be added to your account balance.

All payments to Net Worth Investments, LLC d/b/a BOSSI Wellness Retreats, LLC and d/b/a BOSSI Retreats are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Net Worth Investments, LLC, d/b/a BOSSI Wellness Retreats, LLC and d/b/a BOSSI Retreats, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This is the only way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your Wellness Retreat Experience.  

Travel Insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment. BOSSI Retreats recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Emergencies, and more. Please see the Additional Tips section for the providers that we recommend. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance based on their individual needs.  

A late payment fee of $100 per person is required after the final due date listed on your payment plan. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservations the day after your final due date.  All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.  Please email support@bossiretreats.com if you experience an issue with making a payment to avoid trip cancellation.

We are providing recommended flight options from Atlanta to BALI.  There aren't any direct flights to BALI and there will be a connection.  Pickup will be at the Denpasar International Airport which is 45-60 minutes away from our hotel. We will provide the recommended arrival time once flight options are confirmed. 

Flights are a minimum of 24 hours, so you should plan for at least one full travel day going and departing. Please plan to arrive by Friday, July 11th as this is the date the Retreat will begin.  Friday, July 18th is the day we check out of our hotel in Kuta to return home. 

The Booking Fee is a credit card processing fee charged by Easol to process your payment via credit card and cover the maintenance of the payment plan. BOSSI Retreats does not keep this fee. 

Yes, you can purchase your add-ons immediately with your initial registration or log back into your account later to make a selection and set up payment.  Please note that final payment for all Add-Ons will be due 45 days prior to the trip. We do offer payment plans for Add-Ons; however it is best to select your choices when making your original reservation so that you will only have one monthly payment. 

Entry Requirements: To enter Indonesia, your passport must have at least two blank pages and be valid for at least six months beyond the date of your arrival in Indonesia. If your passport does not meet these requirements, you will be denied entry into Indonesia. The Government of Indonesia will not admit travelers holding the 12-page U.S. emergency passport, issued by U.S. embassies and consulates overseas.

Visa-on-Arrival:  If you meet the requirements, you can apply for a visa on arrival at some international airports, seaports, or land crossings. To apply for the visa on arrival, you must have an ordinary (non-emergency) passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date you plan to enter and the date you plan to leave Indonesia and a return or onward flight booking to another country. There is a 500,000 Indonesian Rupiah fee (about $35). The visa on arrival is valid for up to 30 days. You may extend a Visa-on-Arrival once at the immigration office one week before it expires for an additional 30 days for a maximum of 30 additional days, for another 500,000 Rupiah.
